How do I measure my ring size?
Follow these steps:
  1. Wrap a piece of string around your finger.
  2. Mark the point where the two ends meet.
  3. Measure the string against a ruler.
  4. Compare the length of the string to the chart below.

    1 15/16 5
    2 1/16 6
    2 3/16 7
    2 5/16 8
    2 7/16 9
    For instance, a 2 1/16 of an inch equals size six, and every 2/16 of an inch thereafter equals a size up from size 6.

How do I take care of my jewelry to keep its clarity and sparkle?
In general if jewelry is exposed to improper harsh chemicals such as alcohol, hair spray, perfume, lotions, chlorine or ammonia, the jewelry can be damaged. Use ammonia free cleaner. Also never use a sonic cleaner on overlay jewelry.

Are the diamonds and gold real?
Our specifications will clearly state the material. For man-made diamonds we will specify them as Cubic Zirconia or simulated diamonds and 18k gold over sterling silver. For real diamonds and gold we will specify them to be natural diamonds and 14k gold.

Can this ring be resized?
If it is a vermeil or rhodium plated silver ring, it cannot be sized. You will have to find the size you want in our ebay store. If it is 14k solid gold, it can be sized. Please consult your local jewelers first.

Is this item brand new or used?
All of our items are new. We never sell used products.

How long does it take to receive items?
Items are shipped within 2-3 business days after receiving the payment. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery time via regular mail.

We were told by our customers that they can be soldered together. Please check with your local jeweler to see if they are willing to do this for you.

Why can't the silver rings be sized?
Many jewelers are afraid they will damage the ring plating and are reluctant to size silver rings. Please check with your local jeweler to see if they are willing to do this for you.

Will the rings turn my finger green?
If you are allergic to non-gold jewelry, the skin on your finger may turn green. Some people will apply a clear coat of nail polish to the band area to prevent this from happening. This does not mean the jewelry quality is bad. While you may have an allergic reaction to a particular ring, many others won't have the same reaction

Do you ship overnight?
Yes. But if the items are located in our warehouse in Asia we ship FEDEX international and it will take 2 to 3 days.

Do you combine items in shipping?
Yes. We do combine jewelry items together in order to minimize shipping costs. Please do not go through "Checkout" until you finish all of your purchases. The system will combine all your items for you and calculate the total.

I received the wrong size ring. What should I do?
If the ring you received is not the size that you had ordered, you may return the ring and we will send you the right size ring if we have it available. Otherwise, we can offer you a credit for another ring available in your size or a refund. If you received the right size ring but it does not fit you, you can return the ring for a refund and purchase the right size on our website.
