Return Policy

Flamereflection.com has an unconditional Sixty (60) day return policy on all items purchased (shipping and handling not included).

A return for a refund will be processed for the original purchase price minus the shipping charges. Your refund will be processed through the original method of payment. For example, if you paid using your Visa card, the refund will be credited to that Visa card.

Return/Exchange Procedure:

• You will be issued a Return Request Form upon request.
• Fill out the Return Request Form accurately,  
• Return the product with original package. There will be charges for missing items or parts in the event of products being returned incomplete.
• Products should be returned to the following address:

• Your Return number which is the order number must be marked clearly on the outside of the packaging.
• Send the package by United States Postal Service (USPS) First class with Delivery Confirmation, We will not be responsible for item(s) damaged or lost in shipping.
• Depending on the nature of your return, you will either be credited the purchase price or the item will be replaced or repaired and returned to you.
